Improper restaurant issue

Some interesting stuff in the most recent Improper Bostonian including an article asking different chefs how Boston dining fares these days. Relating it to some old Alan Richman (is that the name?) critique/rag in GQ from the mid 90's. The interview with the Phantom Gourmet however was pretty ridiculous. I don't hate PG the way most people here do, but the answers to almost every interview question were all so dumb, it was annoying at the least. I suppose he was trying to be funny but he just sounded stupid.
