I need help!!!
I am going to be in Savannah with 20 other chefs in a couple of months and am responsible for planning a dinner that they will never forget. Price is not really an object.
Here are my obvious thoughts, but need help either making them reality or would appreciate feedback on how to improve them. . .
1. Make reservations at a classic restaurant, e.g., The Lady and Sons
2. Find out what the hot spot is and make reservations there (need help please)
3. Find good Low Country Gullah cuisine (can that be found close to Savannah?)
4. Find a really good southern cook and convince him/her to prepare us dinner in his/her home
Any other ideas? Can anyone help develop the ideas above?
Thank you in advance.
