6. Sweet and Sour Cucumber
7. Scallops with Cucumber was this with cucumber?
8. Fried Fish (Segments and Heads) -- this might also have been dried first..?
9. Butterfly Lobster

12. Chicken and scallops in a thin "velvet" sauce
13. Deep Fried Crab with Ginger and Onion -- Not the "classic" ginger-scallion though.
