Immersion Blender With a Stand That Can Run 30 Minutes?

westes | Oct 18, 202107:30 PM     5

I have a somewhat unusual application and want to know if there is a product to help with this. I make yogurt in which I blend various prebiotic fibers. I heat the milk to 200F and then pour it into a five-liter Rocco jar. I add about 10+ tablespoons of various prebiotic powders, and some of those take 20 minutes to fully dissolve. Currently, I put this large container on top of a magnetic stirrer - think the kind used in chemistry experiments with a magnetic stirrer bar - and let this stir the milk as it cools for about 45 minutes. In theory, this should work great. In practice, the stirrer bar constantly fails and needs to be restarted. Does anyone make an immersion blender that I could insert and hold in place with some kind of external stand or b bracket? And just as important does anyone make an immersion blender that can be run on lower speeds reliably for 45 minutes, without failing in the first year of use? The attached photo shows what this setup currently looks like.
