1.Giant Diver Scallop (Raw) w/Apricot Chutney
2.Fantasia Platter w/ Fluke(baby Halibut), Baby mackerel,Sea bream, Baby Yellowtail (carpaccio and tartar),Kampachi, Copper River Salmon (carpaccio and tartar), Skipjack, Octopus, Skatewing "gelee".
3.Grilled Eel, Calamari, Cuttlefish on Arugula, Baby Cuttlefish.
4.Main Lobster Medallion, Carrot Puree and Emulsion
5.Homemade Fettuccine w/Fresh Porcini
6.Fresh Spinach Pasta Meat Lasagne
7.Slow Cooked Beef Short Ribs, Cardoons Gratin
8.Desert, Apple Pear Cannelloni w/ Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
It's best to call Sal(owner) several days ahead because several of the fish items come from Japan FRESH and must be planned for, also Wed is a good day because of the SM Produce Street Market(most of our Veggies came from there)and you can see most of your favorite Chefs buying Veggies also.(cost 70- to 90-ea, food only)
