IL Fiasco Jumps the Shark? (Tacoma, WA)

NineInchNachos | May 21, 200607:00 PM

Friends, as of Saturday (05/20/06) what the heck happened to the IL Fiasco Restaurant in Tacoma? They used to have such beautiful Cesar salads... so slimy and full of cheese, buttery croutons, and a saturation of oily fish smell that she could make sailors cry. As it is now their Cesar salad is just a bunch of dry chopped up lettuce with some sprinkle of cheese and smidgeon of oily fish smell. The proportions have shrunk too. A little plate of salad and a little plate of spaghetti and meatballs; no more Uncle Gino’s Stuffed Meatballs! Meatballs is just soggy and crumbly. Ground beef tastes like cheap meat you get in taco salads. And what in tarnation happened to the balsamic vinegar in my bread oil?
