I need a kitchen scale. I want one that is easy to use, accurate, and lets me add multiple ingredients as I go. Most importantly, it must fit in a small amount of space in my tiny kitchen.
Ikea's $25 scale caught my eye, because it looks like it would fit vertically in a small space (probably next to my cookie sheets). And it's much cheaper than the similarly-sized flat scales on Amazon and Sur La Table.
But will I be unhappy with the Ikea scale? (Does it actually work/hold up over time?) Should I go for an expensive Salter or Soehnle scale instead?
