Re: help identify old cooking show

Does anybody remember this original thread which lasted from 2009-1014? I actually found it while searching for the same answer. However, the final Chowhound Team response was not the chef or show I was looking for. I have found a screenshot from the BBC television show, but the original video has been removed and I can't find any additional info. But I do believe this is the person in question.

I was searching for the episode featuring casu marzu.

help identify old cooking show

Anyone remember a cooking show that aired during the 90's that had an older guy cooking up mostly french dishes?
The show would always end with him having the meal with a glass of wine and a random friend guest.

That's about all I can remember. It was a very slow moving show and the guy was older.

thanks
