Someone gave me some unlabeled cheese that I'm trying to identify. One is very common on the tip of tongue. It is a soft gooey cheese with a rind that is mostly brownish but has some white too. Very strong taste.
The other I've never tasted it is also a very strong cheese, but firm in a wedge, not hard, but firm. It is almost a brownish yellow but it is dotted with lighter spots. There are also a few specks of black and even fewer of red.
Yeah that's not a lot to go off of, and so not chowish of me to be able to detail them better. Oh and I think they were from Trader Joes... Yeah, good luck!
