Last year we purchased half a cow and half a pig. We've made a nice dent on our stash, but right now have a ton of steaks and pork chops leftover. Steaks are round steaks, sirloin steaks and some t-bone steaks. Pork chops are thin (will definitely be ordering thicker chops next time!) Anyone have any ideas on using these besides the typical ways? I feel like we've already enjoy so many steaks, I'd really love some ideas for a different way to use these. Any ideas or suggestions?
