Need ideas for nursery school potluck dish

emily | Nov 17, 201603:15 PM     16

My daughter's nursery school is celebrating their own version of Thanksgiving on Monday and they've requested that parents bring in an "international" dish for the children to share for lunch. Age group will be 2-4 years old. My daughter has a fairly broad palate but I don't want to bring in something that most kids won't try and/or like. On the other hand, I don't want to dumb it down and I don't really have too much experience with toddlers other than my daughter! Any suggestions? It can cover any course.
