I'm pondering ideas for using up leftover grilled lamb. I was wondering if I could make Mongolian lamb with it or would it be too dry?
Lamb pitas would be an easy solution. Lamb over hummus?
I saw a recipe for chopping the lamb in a food processor and making burgers but I can't see that working. Has anyone tried that with cooked lamb?
