Ideas for using ground lamb?

Couldn't get any information about what cut of lamb was used, but imagine that it's 80-85% lean. Lacking inspiration for what to make with it besides moussaka and kofta (Indian-spiced) kabobs. Have about 2 lbs to use (or freeze for later). Any suggestions for how to use it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
