Ideas for frozen, already cooked shrimp

alliebear | May 27, 200902:04 AM     16

I went to Trader Joe's without a list and hungry, and I bought a few things that I'm having trouble using. One of those was a bag of already cooked shrimp in the freezer section. I am sure I had an idea of how to use them at the time, but I can't recall.

Does anyone have any ideas? I've never used shrimp in a recipe that I didn't cook myself. The package says not to cook the shrimp any further and suggests thawing and using them for shrimp cocktail.

I guess I could make shrimp cocktail or a shrimp salad, but I thought other Chowhounds might have better ideas.
