Ideas for fresh shitake mushrooms

I made half of the shitake mushrooms I bought yesterday for a stir fry (shrimp, fish, asparagus, red bell pepper, the shitake, with a little oyster sauce and ginger) last night. I still have quite a few left.

Any ideas for what I should do with the rest?
