I hope this is not in bad taste, since I am new to this forum. I am asking for ideas to sell at my Farmer's Market on Sunday. It is an upscale market, and I am looking for ideas to sell dips, spreads, appetizers, etc. This market for the most part wants "done" food. They generally are not into preparing foods. You recently helped me out on my clam chowder for this same market, and the thin chowder was great, and profitable. Thank you. Now, I am looking for inspiration from foodies for appetizer ideas for SuperBowl Sunday. Any ideas would be most appreciated. Thanks!
