I have volunteered to run the cub scouts end of year banquet. The scouts theme for this year is American historical/famous figures, cities, landmarks etc. Needless to say, our dinner should reflect the theme as well as cater to the tastes of 6-11 year olds and their parents. We would like to create a menu that draws from each of the 5 regions - Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Southwest, and the West. Modern recipes tend to cross-over....I hope to keep it authentic, simple, have the offerings marry well, and be economical....any suggestions on what to serve? Thanks for your help. Lesann
