I love iced tea when the weather gets hot. I've been making a lot of ginger-infused tea. My favorite combinations so far are green tea and the ginger, and chamomile and ginger. I slice up A LOT of fresh ginger and steep it in water that's been brought to a boil and turned off, add some of the mentioned tea, sweeten with sugar or Stevia, and let it sit for a while. Dilute with more water to taste, and chill. It 's so good with lots of ice. There's something about the spiciness of the ginger that's very cooling.
