I've been scouring the Internet for interior dimensions for portable ice chests and coolers. I want one that would allow me to drop in standard gastronorm sized hotel / steam table pans in configurations like a warmer/steam table, which is 20" x 12". Someone mentioned the Pelican 45 Qt but the interior dimensions of that cooler are 19" x 12". Anyone in the catering business using a standard ice chest / cooler with hotel pans for transporting cold product to client sites with success? What are you using? Any input and advice welcomed. Thanks!!
