I just got a flyer in the mail that the Roger Smith Hotel is having it's 8th annual Iberian (Food) Festival. From the flyer:

"the festival features Master Chefs from the Pais Vasco, Cataluna and Levante (Alicante/Valencia area)."
It starts in February.
There are 3 dinners, and the 2/22-3/1 Dinner sounds the most interesting to me:
Jose Maria Maso, Executive Chef, Hotel Llivia.
Old-World meets the new; recipes from the universal Catalan Kitchen. $45 pp - selection of wines a la carte available. $55 pp - wine is included.
The other two dinners are Delicacies of the Basque Coutry and Rice Dishes of the Mediterranean.
Has anyone been to these festival dinners in the past?
