I'm guessing at what this is called since I can't remember. About 10-11 years ago I was in San Francisco at ate at a wonderful Hungarian restaurant in Ghiradelia Square. On a return visit the following year, it was gone!
What I'm looking for is a recipe for the dish I had that I still long for. It was seasoned chicken (shredded I think) inside a strudel like pastry. This sat in a pool of light tomato sauce with a huge dollop of sour cream on top. Lots of paprika is about all I can tell you beyond the basic description. Does anyone have a proper name for this dish? Is there a recipe source for it? It was soooo good!
