Returning to Taipei for the first time since we lived there in the early 80's - absolutely can't wait to experience the new food scene.
Can anyone recommend restaurants serving Hunan or Northern Chinese food?
Or Shaanxi or Xinjiang, perhaps?
Would also be interested in the best Shanghainese and Sichuan places but have better access to these at home (NYC).
