Humus in Ardmore

bmcdeepak | Dec 9, 201002:08 PM

Humus in Ardmore is now open...to a steady foot traffic, not crowded.

The place is on Greenfield Ave.

Smallish store front, busy, noisy, and a little confusion in th kitchen behindt he counter. Been there twice for lunch, order taker is nice but can't hear or record choices correctly, asked for rice on my falafel plate, got fries, chef gets impatient due to slow order taking and comes over to ask for what you're having...starbucks style, assembly on plate is also slow...lots of peering over order slips and fumbling ths way and that....calling out of names for order pickup adds to confusion....

Great falafels and food though...chef came over and offered a dish of olives and pickles, owner came by to ask how the food was...

You'll have to go to Moshe's in midtown NYC to get a better falafel.
