Hummers and other good drinks gone in Detroit.

I posted a reply to a question about good eats in the Detroit area. I started to add some comments about what to drink, when it hit me: all the places that I would recommend are gone. This includes the London Chop House, which I am told invented the Hummer; and Joe Muers, which served the Cultured Cocktail (vodka martini with champagne instead of vermouth). I guess you could also put Cold Duck at the Wine Cellars on the list though I'd never order one. So where do you go for a decent Hummer in the Detroit area any more? About the only time I order one is at the Hack-Ma-Tack on the Cheboygan River near Mullett Lake, but that's another story. Also, are there any other specialty drinks at other places in the area that I should try next time I visit?
