Hudson River Valley 1st Timers - Help!

Heading to the HRV next week; (Sun-Tues nights) staying in Hudson for 2 nights and then New Windsor for 1 night.

So far, we plan to go to:

- The Crimson Sparrow (dinner)
- American Bounty (CIA; lunch)
- A Tavola (dinner)

We actually DON'T want to go to A Tavola so will likely change it - plenty of good italian near our house and we really want local, non-ethnic I think on this trip.

Any suggestions for some great places (dinner, but lunch too). We would've gone to Global Palate but it's closed when we are in town.
