HUDDLE HOUSE COMING TO NORTH JERSEY....

Fist came news of Del Taco...now we will also have Huddle House!!!

For those of you who are not familiar, it's a a Diner concept serving their Menu All Day, meaning 24 hour Breakfasts, Lunches and Dinners. Back in the days I used to trek from Northern New Jersey and Miami 8 times a year from school, I ventured into a Huddle House for my breaks on the road. The concept of *Skillet Eggs* fascinated me, watching them cook *Short Order Style* in front of me. the places were spotless and very efficient, unlike the Waffle Houses of the day.

For the record...I only had their breakfast and coffee and this was a very long time ago...but I'm still looking forward for a breakfast option, as I have become less enamored with Greek Diner options closer to my home. I will always like the quick Coffee Shop/Luncheonette concept, and this is what Huddle House has always been.
