I was munching my favorite afternoon snack of crackers and Harris Teeter's Cajun "Krab" dip the other day. I love this stuff. I flipped over the lid to read the ingredients and almost fell out of my chair. There has to be a way to make a healthier homemade version of this. Does anyone know the dip/spread I mean? I tried two versions. Both were okay. Would appreciate any other ideas.
