I had some of the best fajita's recently at Don Carlos on 76th ST in East Houston. The meat was cooked to perfectly and was as tender as you would fajita meat to be. The meat had a nice smokiness to it along with a marinade that didn't go overboard. They (the fajitas) really reminded me of the Carne Asada that was once served at Primo's restaurant in the Late 70's early 80's in the downtown area. Personally I put these ahead of El Tiempo(Richmond St location only, Goode Company tacos and Hamburgers, and Lupe Tortilla's. Someone give them (the 76th St location) a try and see for yourself.
