I'm heading to Houston with my family between Christmas and NYE to visit my grandparents.

I think we are staying downtown (but are also considering galleria) and we were looking for two dinner and one lunch spot.

For dinner I was thinking Underbelly and Hugo -- my question is are they family friendly? Kids are elementary school aged and have been to nice restaurants...

Also, looking for something a little more geared towards kid tastes for lunch that would be fun for them. We are wide open and would appreciate any recs.

Any advice on what part of town would be appreciated too. I haven't been to Houston in years

Thanks
