Yesterday we gave "Sushi-House of Taka" a try on Van Nuys Blvd.
All I can say is "WOW"
Now this isn't a Tama Sushi level spot rather a place for amazing cuts of fish and still holding the quality.
Our group included 6 people so we indulged. When we ordered the Tuna she mentioned for a dollar more they just got in this Blue Fin Tuna from Australia, it was the best Tuna I've ever had a step above Toro.
The yellow tail was wonderful as well as the Albacore, Salmon, Uni, and more.
We had some jumbo scallop sushi's and had to tried 4-5 rolls, of the rolls these are the ones I would suggest:
-Red Dragon Roll
both were delicious.
