Best House Noodle (Rowland Heights) - Chongqing slant on Yunnan (including crossing bridge noodles) - anyone been?

K K | Oct 1, 201109:22 PM

While looking up youtube clips on Yunnanese Crossing Bridge Noodles (雲南過橋米線 / Guo qiao mi xian)

I came across this video

Best Noodle House

1015 S Nogales Ave

Rowland Heights, CA 91748

(626) 964-6018

From the video it appears that the chef specializes in Sichuan (flavors of Chongqing) and applies that slant towards Yunnanese Crossing Bridge Noodles....including spicy pork intestines (and pork blood) and spicy beef rice noodle (crossing bridge style). But it seems to be mostly a Sichuan/Chongqing restaurant, based on some of the signature offerings (that also look pretty burning spicy good).

And it looks like they've been open for around or less than 2 months.

Also, was curious if there are other places serving authentic Yunnanese Crossing Bridge Noodles in SGV + Rowland/Hacienda Heights area (especially where the servers prepare the noodle soup in front of you by pouring meats first, then veggies and other condiments, and finally the noodles and mixing it in for you).
