A few weeks ago I tried a few pizzas on a take-out basis. I thought the crust held up amazingly well under those conditions. Even though I didn't like the sauce much (too pasty and candy sweet), I was nutty about the house-cured pepperoni. My more experienced friends knew to order it on the side instead of on the margherita pizza, as you get more of it for the same price that way. So, I thought I'd pass on this tip.
