This Sunday, Easy Tiger. Tried the homemade thick cut double slice fried bologna sandwich on a house made bun with garlic aioli, mustard, pickle. the package was good, but i expected more flavor in the meat. however, I would get it again. just wish it was a bit more seasoned and harder fried. It was not, however, puffed up in the middle nor was it cut to prevent that. maybe that's a function of the thickness.
I don't know any other homemade bologna choices in town, and this one is exciting enough. Caveat: This comes from a guy that adores scrapple and has even been seen eating vienna sausages within the last year.
