All day long my house was filled with the aroma of roasting pork, as the snow fell. It came out absolutely delicous. I couldn't help but pick a bit of fat off at each temperature check. I roasted a 8lb shoulder stuffed with garlic at 250 for 9.5 hours and it was divine!! I can't wait for my next slow roasted pork day! Thanks for all your help.
