If first indications are anything, a new restaurant resource should prove to be quite valuable.

Check the link below for restaurantrow.com, where you can search by ZIP code. The results are listed with menu links first.

In scoping out possible places for a late night eat near our hotel in North Las Vegas, I came across Buffalo Wild Wings (190 W Craig, west of I-15) on the Restaurant Row web site.

We arrived to find a happening sports bar kinda place, offering the usual selection of sandwiches and whatnot. But the big draw are the wings (also available are tenders and legs) with something like 13 sauces from which to choose.

We did the Caribbean Jerk in honor of our upcoming cruise. The sauce was delicious...authentic jerk with nice heat. It is in the middle range in terms of their heat scale...they also offer Thai, Hot BBQ, Wild and Blazin'.

I had a pulled pork sandwich made with the Hot BBQ and it too had a nice kick...very different than the Jerk.

We were initially put off by the disposable nature of all the serving ware, but our worries were quelled when we sampled the quality of the ingredients. My wife's salad was perfectly crisp and fresh, with excellent blue cheese dressing (also ordered to go with the wings)

Next time we plan on visiting on a Thursday when 6-pc wing orders are $2...that way we can sample a bunch of different sauces in one sitting.
