The Hottest and Tastiest Paste Evva

DoctorChow | Sep 30, 201610:12 PM     3

I'm a chili person who loves good, genuine hot sauces. As opposed to concentrates like "Dave's" stuff.

Here's a real paste that I think is the hottest and at the same time most flavorful that can be found. Which is to say, it reaches a 10 on my personal hotness scale, yet at the same time has a wonderful tropical/Indian flavor that's hard to describe and hard to beat.

Add a 1/2 teaspoonful after cooking to each plate of plain pasta with butter and salt, for example. Stir in thoroughly. An exciting discovery (for me) a couple of years ago. Now I'm sold.

It can be found in a small, 200 gm (7 oz) bottle that'll probably last well over a year. At least. The brand name is Pran, and it's called simply "Naga Pickle". As in naga or bhut jolokia.

Wonderful.
