which are the hottest new neo-brasseries?

hi all

new to the board, delighted to have found such a hive of well-educated / eaten folk!

i am off to paris in the autumn and, reading the reviews / boards / blogs etc, am having difficulty picking apart the future great restaurants from the neo-brasseries from the traditional brasseries proper. for example, l'astrance once, and if i am not mistaken, still refers to itself as a bistro of sorts. which of the many names i keep see cropping up are the future stars most likely to follow in its footsteps and jump from neo-brasserie to world-class destination in their own right? i know chateaubriand is already well on its way, but would love to know more about the following:

l'afaria
l'arome
le chamerre

money isn't really an object - just really keen to know about these and other, similar establishments where i can turn round next year and - should the subject arise - happily brag that 'i've done it already!' ;-)
