Hot Wings Cafe look-alikes on the westside????

I know this mini chain (1 on Melrose in Hollywood, 1 on Colorado in Pasadena), 1 in Glendale) is not adored by all, but I really like their wings.

Just enough meat, just enough spice, not too much of either, and a good price point. I'm not a fan of overly crunchy wings that have been fried to a crisp, or of really meaty wings where the fat under the skin hasn't been sufficiently rendered. And I'm a purist for the sauce - butter and tabasco or something similar, no bbq, not asian style like furaibo, pleasantly spicy but I don't need to have a gallon of water next to me while I eat.

Does anyone else who likes hot wings' wings know of a west-side counterpart? TIA.
