Hey, I am wondering what people think about hot pot in general, and what some of your favorites might be? I have tried a few, and while the concept is fun, I never feel super happy about it. The only exception is First Lamb Shabu in Flushing, because I think their broth is really delicious, and enjoy eating the meat of the lamb spines. I have also tried Little Sheep, and Mr. Hot Pot, and one more I can't remember. There are SO MANY choices though. Perhaps some are real standouts. Also do people recommend Dry Hot Pot? I notice it is especially popular at the larger Mall food courts, but I don't really get having everyone cooked together in one pot. Any tips or recommendations? Thanks!
