I had lunch today at HPC with 6 other people all in th culinary world. Very friendly (as described), and good value. The broth (I had the Kim Chee flavor)was adequate. Plenty of add-ons available. But, two things stike me as peculiar, the restaurant needs more of something, more passion, more flavor, and more "deliciousness". It's sterile. And this place has been here since 2002. If I did not know of its' existence until recently, then Hot Pot City is hiding because I love places of this genre. And P-town is not that big.

However, thanks Jill for the posting. I will return.
