Their first Manhattan outpost, on 14th Street, near 8th Avenue, with a prior encounter just off the Strip in Vegas. Your basic plastic sacks full of crawfish, shrimp, crab legs, lobster, with your basic Cajun, garlic butter, lemon pepper seasonings. Bibs, gloves, metal buckets, paper towels, and the most diverse crowd outside of Dallas BBQ.

Enthusiastic staff, rec room atmosphere, bottom line: not quite as finger-licking tasty as The Boil. Although, I did like their fried catfish quite a lot. Which is like choosing Wolfgang's for the creamed spinach. Seemed a bit more spacious than the Chrystie Street Boil, but similarly claustrophobic. Best bet for quick seating is the Waverly Place Boil. More TV's to watch at HNJ; haven't been to the one out in Flushing.
