Hot Dogs at Andy & Greg's in Charlote N.C.

DirtDobber | Jan 31, 200801:48 PM     5

When Greg passed away several years ago, we lost a favorite treat. Well guess what. There is a grill in a little community called Midland about 25 minutes east of charlotte that serves dogs with the same chili recipe. The fella that runs this grill grew up in Greenville S.C.. He got the recipe from a guy named Pete that had a little place that originally sold only dogs and cokes. This was back in the 50's. Greg said that he grew up in S.C.. I'd be curious to know if there is a connection. They were both Greek. If you couldn't live without em, they can be had at Cabarrus Station Grill on Cabarrus road. Cheers, Al
