Need More Hors D'Oeuvres!

I'm making dukkah (the mixture of hazelnuts, spices, etc. to serve with some semolina bread and olive oil. That doesn't seem to be enough, so I need some ideas.

Main course is a big fish soup (bouillebaissesque) and several small salads. Dessert is mascarpone/chocolate/orange peel Jamie Oliver wonder tart.
