My kids and I love good horchata. I got a recipe from a small Cal/Mex place in Laguna Beach, CA that is good, but not the best. The best IMHO is at La Super Rica in Santa Barbara, CA. It tastes as if it has sweetened condensed milk in it. Wish I had their recipe!
