Just wanted to post about my lunch yesterday at Hop Kee. By far the best chow fun I've ever had: Spicy Beef Chow Fun. Sublime taste. The Chinese Brocoli was also extremely tasty.
Question: there are some menacing-looking peppers in the spicy chow fun that don't have the heat you'd expect...almost in a good way. They resemble jalapenos (almost a flourescent green) but don't have the same flavor. Anyone know what they are?
