Hong Que' Four Sisters Restaurant, Eden Center

Finally made it to Eden Center at Seven Corners on Saturday. We had lunch at the Hong Que' Four Sisters restaurant. The place was hopping. It's a big room, reminiscent of Fortune and other big Chinese restaurants. The four sisters and the rest of an army of servers were buzzing around.

We had:

Appetizers:

Crispy spring rolls: very tasty
Crab claws stuffed with shrimp paste: just like you'd get at a dim sum joint, and as good

Entrees:

Seafood combination with soft egg noodles: kinda bland, but a good-sized portion and a nice counterpoint to the other stuff
Chicken with lemongrass, curry, and chili: delicious! all white meat, very complex flavors
Caramelized short ribs cooked in clay pot: the sleeper hit of the meal. If you have had short ribs at Korean restaurants, you know how good they can be. These were really good.

Damage: $32.

The gigantic menu will require several follow-up visits :>)
