I have a quick biz trip to both places late next week. I imagine finding good food is easier in HK and more $. Any ideas for Xi'an, must haves, must to avoids etc? As for Hong Kong, I'm not into expense account places, but more along the lines of the Hawker culture in Singapore and 1 or 2 good dim sum places,as well as any regional food that is hard to get in NY. Is it true that in HK most dim sum places don't use the cart system but a menu system?
