Does anyone know where to purchase (from the manafacturer) the home-style flour tortillas found in the burritos at the San Diego taco joints Alberto's or Roberto's? These tortillas are semi-cooked and to finish cooking them you must throw them on the grill. They seem like they have a higher fat content than normal store bought flour tortillas.
Someone on this board mentioned previously they thought they are from the "barrio logan" area. Does this mean anything to anyone? It doesn't to me.
