I just got a new Waring blender! This morning I had my second homemade smoothie: 1 cup frozen mixed berry medley + 1/2 cup orange juice, + 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt + 1 banana + a little soy milk. Delicious! But I am curious to make some more adventurous smoothies and am looking for suggestions in regards to fruits, additions such as spirulina and soy.
Any suggestions and recipes?
