The kitchen was so darn cold I thought I'd just do all the turns at once, then my dear 2 yr old peed in daddy's closet and, well, I lost track.
Is it better to turn the dough 5 or 7 times? I hope I did it 6, but would it be better to leave well enough alone or go for an extra?
